Poppy Seed Addiction
Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
The salad above has taken over my life. You gotta understand – I hate salad.

I’ve been making this romaine based salad with radishes, craisins, dates, carrots, strawberries, apples, pears, and whatever else I can find. Normally I top it with some almonds or walnuts. Then it is DRENCHED in Brianna’s Poppy Seed Dressing. The absolute best – I swear. I made a citrus dressing for the strawberry salads I served on Easter, but who has time for some homemade salad dressing during the week? Not I. This seems to be the one stop solution.
I’m starting to realize I have a slightly obsessive personality. Whenever I find something I enjoy, I all the way OD on it, then I’m done. Just beat the horse til it’s dead then walk away. Note to self::: work on that.

Recap
I never got a chance to say how great The Foreign Exchange was at Cat’s Cradle the other night. Absolutely loved the show. I purchased the Darien Brockington album back when I first picked up Leave It All Behind. He was impressive at the show. After hearing Yazahrah at the show, I feel like she could have EASILY replaced Muhsinah on most of the tracks. I might try to catch Yazahrah opening for India.Arie soon. Take the jump…
